Just ...

Push workout, good vibes, nice pump, more food, supliments.

Last day in Frankfurt 🇩🇪

Back & biceps was great workout 🚀

Relaxing day with my bby in Frangurt 🇩🇪

I love my life, I love discipline, and I do what I need to do—often what I want to do. I’m always trying to find balance, but that doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy myself or that I’m not happy. The fact that I’m able to live the way I do now is thanks to discipline, and at the same time, I absolutely love the hell out of my life.

Life is all about choices, and this is what I choose to do! I go on vacation, I work out, I do cardio, I eat what I’m supposed to eat, and I also enjoy my cravings—traditional foods and whatever I personally like, including burgers and pizza.

Beautiful day in Frankfurt 🇩🇪
