Meet Artemis Leonardou at PROW 2026. 🎤

Artemis is a software engineer and DevRel at NOFire.ai, an AI startup working on incident response. She taught herself to code at 14, got her first engineering job at 18, and today she’s studying Informatics and Telecommunications at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens while working full-time.

She also runs Artemis Codes, where she creates technical content for developers, and speaks at conferences around the world, including Conf42 and DevConf US. ✈️

At PROW 2026, Artemis will take the stage with “What Would You Learn If Coding Were Free?”

What happens when customer research meets automation? We’re excited to welcome Johannes Nitzschke, Senior UX Researcher at Neugelb Studios, Commerzbank’s digital design studio, to Prow Conference. 💜

With experience spanning freelance work, startups, and product organisations like Just Eat Takeaway.com and GoStudent, Johannes has spent a lot of time thinking about how research actually works in real product teams, and what happens when we start automating parts of it. ⚡️

At Prow, he’ll explore “𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬? 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡” and take a closer look at synthetic personas, digital twins, automated feedback, and, most importantly, what we might miss when we scale research without the human context.
