Our aerodynamics and composites department has been established only 4 years ago, whilst 2 seasons ago we teamed up with Duqueine as our main partner in composite engineering and we can genuinely say it has accelerated our growth trajectory

Over these years, Duqueine steadily became our home for all the processes involved into manufacturing of lightweight composite parts from design discussions to mould machining and all the way to autoclave curing cycles.

We want to personally thank each and every person involved in our processes for their time and dedication in advising us and giving us acces to their high-end facilities. We have learned enormous amounts while being next to people who race at the top in motorsport categories while also having an established name in engineering branches like aerospace.

We hope our performance has met your expectations, and we look forward to continuing our motorsport partnership to push new boundaries !

Over the past seasons, Klass CNC has become one of the core partners of our project, truly understanding the unique challenges of Formula Student.
They know what it takes to work under pressure and with tight deadlines, all while ensuring that our bespoke parts are manufactured to the highest precision according to our exact drawings.
Thanks to their advanced facilities and expertise, our components hit the testing track shortly after the designs are cleared for manufacturing. As this racing season comes to a close, we want to express our gratitude for their tremendous support in bringing our CAD models to reality, and for the essential advice and training they have provided our team.

This allows us to evaluate design iterations in our development phase —from static structural to fatigue analysis on critical components all the way to computationally intensive external aerodynamics simulations.

Building a competitive race car is a continuous process of evolution that requires both technical excellence and firm support.

Our ongoing partnership with CarsX is instrumental in unlocking our race car’s true potential. By granting us access to their professional dyno facilities, they enabled us to accurately test, calibrate, and fine-tune our powertrain under rigorous conditions before heading to the competitions.
The expert advice provided by the CarsX team regarding track performance and vehicle setup was absolutely invaluable. Their professional insights and expertise helped us translate raw power into reliable, competitive speed on the international circuits.

For continuous seasons, Color Metal has been an essential partner for the UPT Racing Team, supplying us with different types of high end aluminum, including aerospace grade 7075 series demanded in many of our in house designed parts.
These specialized alloys served as the critical foundation for manufacturing our optimized, lightweight parts. Thanks to their materials and reliable support, we were able to successfully translate our CAD models into race-ready assemblies with optimal structural integrity.
