This showroom constructs its identity not through spectacle but through the careful orchestration of silence, reflection, and ritual. Conceived as an environment for perfume, the project situates scent within a spatial narrative that resists the conventions of retail, instead positioning the experience as contemplative and almost liturgical. The organization recalls the typology of the Circus Maximus: a single, monumental spine dominates the space, reinterpreted here as a display monolith around which circulation unfolds. This linear device establishes a ceremonial axis, compelling visitors to move slowly along its perimeter, transforming the act of browsing into a ritualized procession.
Encircling this core, a continuous curtain of metallic, mirror-like fabric defines the boundary. Its surface does not conceal but destabilizes, multiplying reflections and producing an illusion of infinite depth. The perimeter becomes less an enclosure than a shimmering threshold, in which visitors are implicated as both subjects and spectators, their images endlessly refracted in a choreography of self-perception. At ground level, the space is muted by a carpeted floor. Its softness absorbs the sound of footsteps, collapsing the acoustic register of the room into an uncanny stillness. This silence amplifies the volatility of perfume itself, positioning scent as the only immaterial presence that disrupts the atmosphere. The effect is one of heightened awareness, where every gesture, every inhalation, feels suspended in time. The reference to David Lynch persists in formal terms: the heavy drapery, the lounge ensemble of armchairs and lampshades, the suggestion of an ambiguous elsewhere. Yet these cues resist direct narrative interpretation. They function instead as atmospheric signals, aligning the space with the dreamlike ambiguity of Lynch’s cinematic language without prescribing a storyline.
The monumental display table anchors the room in a different register of memory. Its dark stone mass and sand inlays recall Aldo Rossi’s Modena Cemetery, where architecture is stripped to essential forms and charged with a funerary gravity. Here, this language is transposed into the realm of commerce, yet divested of banality: the perfumes, aligned like votive objects, acquire the aura of relics, framed within a spatial order that prioritizes permanence over ephemerality. What emerges is less a showroom than a spatial device—an architecture of atmospheres that resists easy classification. By layering ritualized movement, reflective boundaries, and acoustic stillness, the project transforms the encounter with perfume into an initiation, a passage through silence and apparition. It is a chamber not of consumption but of contemplation, where scent becomes inseparable from memory, ritual, and dream.

We proposed a mix of natural wood, curved shapes, undulating metal elements, and bold colours to create a space that is not only striking but also feels deeply personal.
The angular geometry of the apartment needed to be smoothed out in order to reflect softness and continuity. This is how the flowing terrazzo microcement and curved furniture found their way into the proposal. There are no partitions between the functional areas, and the visual connection is emphasized by a baby blue base element which subtly guides you throughout the hallway, dining, and living areas.
The rigorous zoning and furnishing are counterbalanced by slim rust-colored metal structures, which bring a lightweight, graphic touch, appearing as various elements in the interior, such as shelves, racks, room dividers, and lighting. The navy blue accents complement the apartment's palette, bringing depth and contrast into the space.
The resulting design evokes a thoughtfully crafted experience, where every curve and colour speaks softly yet confidently.

Not your typical mountain cabin. 🌲
This mountain retreat blends mid-century influences with a bold material mix. We achieved a sense of contrast by pairing heavy elements like raw stone and solid wood with softer layers: textiles, pendant lights, and a pale-toned sofa upholstery set against dark wood paneling.
The suspended metal fireplace becomes the center of the space, while carefully placed openings frame the surrounding landscape.
We weren’t drawn to minimalism without character. Our goal was a space that’s warm, grounded, and personal — one that embraces a timeless feel while staying deeply connected to nature. ✨

This design of the home office explores the tension between structure and softness. Curved forms are introduced sparingly to soften the overall geometry and create focal points within the composition.
A variety of wood tones, including deep black, adds weight, while the textile surfaces and artwork bring visual and tactile relief. The result is a controlled, yet inviting workspace.
