In 2023, Polaris — a leading Russian manufacturer of dietary supplements — partnered with InterPharmTechnology to execute a large-scale production automation project. The cornerstone of this initiative was the supply and commissioning of a state-of-the-art counting and filling line, enabling significant portfolio expansion and a measurable boost in production efficiency.

The project was delivered end-to-end in just 8 months. Close collaboration with the client underpinned every stage: technical specification alignment, equipment fabrication, factory acceptance testing (FAT), logistics, on-site installation, and site acceptance testing (SAT). A key component of the solution was the TC-120W — a high-precision, multi-channel electronic counting system with integrated checkweighing.

The new line empowered Polaris to:

Communication with the client remained highly constructive throughout, ensuring on-time delivery despite tight deadlines — notably, line installation had to commence immediately upon completion of finishing works in the new production facility.
