Наш проект офиса продаж Urman City вошёл в шорт-лист WOW Awards 2026 в категории «Офис продаж».
В этом интерьере мы перевели идею Urman — «лес» — в пространство: создали зимний сад, зону ожидания с настоящим дровяным камином, экспозицию с макетом и переговорные с интегрированной зеленью.
Теперь впереди онлайн-защита проекта перед жюри. Спасибо девелоперу «Садовое кольцо» за доверие и всей команде, которая помогла довести эту идею до реализации.

Our Urman City sales office project has been shortlisted for the WOW Awards 2026 in the Sales Office category.
For this interior, we translated the meaning of Urman — “forest” — into space: creating a winter garden, a lounge area with a real wood-burning fireplace, an exhibition zone with a scale model, and meeting rooms with integrated greenery.
The next stage is an online presentation to the jury. We are grateful to the Sadovoe Koltso developer for their trust and to the entire team who helped bring the concept to life.

Центральная часть офиса — демонстрационная зона с макетом жилого комплекса. Макет установлен на подиуме и открыт для обзора со всех сторон, а крупный экран дополняет экспозицию визуализациями и видеоматериалами проекта.

The central part of the sales office is a demonstration zone featuring a scale model of the residential complex. The model is placed on a podium and can be viewed from all sides, while a large screen complements the display with renderings and project videos.

URMAN в переводе с башкирского — «лес». Эту идею мы перевели в пространство уже во входной зоне: ресепшен встроен в ландшафтную композицию с живой зеленью и камнем. Создаётся ощущение, что здание бережно возведено вокруг природы, а её фрагмент сохранён внутри. Вход задаёт тон всему офису и сразу формулирует ключевой образ Urman City.

URMAN, translated from Bashkir, means “forest.” We brought this idea into the space right from the entrance: the reception desk is integrated into a landscape composition of living greenery and stone. It creates the impression that the building was carefully constructed around nature, preserving a fragment of it inside. The entrance sets the tone for the entire sales office and immediately conveys the key image of Urman City.
