Ambassadors of South Korea and Gabon met H.E. Ambassador Naeem Khan High Commissioner at ChanceryBuilding. Matters of mutual interest were discussed.

Today, the Embassy of Pakistan/ High Commission in Rwanda, led by H.E. Ambassador Naeem Khan, proudly joined in celebrating Umuganura Day, Rwanda’s National Harvest Day.

The celebration was honored by the presence of representatives from the Government of Rwanda, who reflected the spirit of unity, gratitude, and community that Umuganura embodies.

The Embassy is privileged to take part in this important cultural celebration, which highlights the values of hard work, shared prosperity, and appreciation for the harvest.

The Pakistan High Commission solemnly observed Youm-e-Istehsal Kashmir, with a large gathering of members of the Pakistani community, business representatives, and distinguished dignitaries from the host country in attendance.
On the occasion, the messages of H.E the President, the Prime Minister, and the Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan were read out to the audience.
The day was observed to reaffirm Pakistan's unwavering political, diplomatic, and moral support for the Kashmiri people and to express solidarity with the brothers and sisters of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK). Participants reiterated their commitment to advocating for the just rights of the Kashmiri people and highlighted the importance of a peaceful resolution of the Kashmir dispute in accordance with the relevant United Nations Security Council resolutions and the aspirations of the Kashmiri people.

Pakistan High Commission Kigali in collaboration with BAHO Family Organization excellently conducted an amazing, highly successful public diplomacy event and training program in Ruhango Rwanda.

More than 100 young mothers were trained in entrepreneurship skills, business techniques and leadership roles and served with sumptuous lunch, drinks and teaching materials.

The OPPRC Rwanda National Committee paid a courtesy visit to H.E. Amb Naeem Khan, Ambassador to discuss strategic planning, organizational development and future collaboration. The productive meeting resulted in the Embassy's commitment to support OPPRC Rwanda through capacity-building training scheduled for 5–6 August 2026, the provision of its conference facilities for meetings, and opportunities for joint initiatives. OPPRC Rwanda extends its sincere appreciation to His Excellency for his mentorship, valuable insights and continued support in advancing youth leadership, peacebuilding and institutional development.

Rep of MIRROS, Rwanda paid a courtesy call to H.E Amb Naeem Khan at Chancery.
The rep presented the vision of MIRRORS as a multidisciplinary creative platform focused on creative education, mentorship, business incubation, and showcasing local talent through exhibitions and performances.
H.E. Amb commended the initiative and confirmed his participation. The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to fostering creative education, cultural diplomacy, and stronger international partnerships through the MIRRORS initiative.

Today, H.E. Naeem Khan the Ambassador of Pakistan to Rwanda, Angola, and Burundi received Mr. Abdoul Ishimwe, Creative Director of LUWE and his associate. LUWE is a Kigali-based fashion brand renowned for crafting innovative fabrics from leather.

The meeting focused on LUWE’s interest in sourcing high-quality leather from Pakistan, exploring opportunities to strengthen trade collaboration and foster partnerships between Pakistan’s leather industry and Rwanda’s growing fashion and creative sectors.

Pakistan High Commission hosted farewell reception in respect of outgoing Pakistani Dr Murtaza Malik, a Pakistani working in UNICEF, Rwanda. H.E Ambassador presented him shield and certificate of commendation and hard work for Rwanda.
