At IRO training center, we welcomed persons with disabilities and refugees for an engaging session to learn more about our program, understand their interests, their needs, and hear their aspirations.

We were also joined by disability inclusion facilitators, who helped us look beyond access and understand what meaningful inclusion really requires, from reasonable accommodations to creating learning environments where persons with disabilities can participate effectively and confidently.

Because inclusion is not simply about opening the door. It is about making sure everyone can walk through it, learn, belong, and have the opportunity to succeed.

A very amazing milestone, having 64 graduated young and ambitious women ready to shape the future of tech.

Today, we celebrated the achievements of SheCanCODE Cohort 16, alongside practical conversations, at our event named Women In Tech Event and Connect engaging industry leaders to move forward, showcasing innovation, marking another milestone for women in technology.

A big thanks to our keynote speakers Director General at NIDA Rwanda and Director General of Gender Promotion and Women Empowerment at MIGEPROF, speakers, panelists, and everyone who joined us to celebrate and discussions about women in tech.
