We were delighted to welcome colleagues from the NCBA Group to Rwanda for an engaging session with the NCBA Rwanda Management team, ahead of the launch of the NCBA RM DNA Training Programme.
The delegation included Monicah Kihia, Group Director, HR and Culture; Rahab Thuo, Head, Group Customer Experience; and Mercy Kiberi, Head, Talent Management.
The engagement brought colleagues together to share insights and align on what matters most across our people, culture, customer experience and business.
