The completion of our acquisition of Saipem’s shallow-water drilling activities marks another strategic step in ADES’ growth journey.

With five additional operational premium jackups, our fleet now stands at 88 offshore units and 40 onshore rigs across 21 countries, strengthening our scale and capabilities across both offshore and onshore drilling.

The acquisition further deepens our position in Saudi Arabia, marks our entry into Mexico, and reinforces our global leadership in total and premium jackups.

As we continue to grow through disciplined, strategic expansion, we remain focused on strengthening our capabilities and creating long-term value for our stakeholders.

We are proud to share another milestone from our operations in Vietnam, where our team participated in the Drilling Performance Review Workshop.

The workshop provided an opportunity to review campaign performance, share lessons learned, and celebrate the strong collaboration between ADES and PVEP-NCS. During the event, the Perseverance rig was recognized for its outstanding performance, dedication, and professionalism.

This recognition reflects the expertise, commitment, and operational excellence of our teams, reinforcing ADES' growing presence and trusted reputation in Vietnam.

A decade of developing future talent.

ADES is proud to mark the successful conclusion of our Summer Internship Program (SIP’26) across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and India.

Through an immersive program, our interns got to explore how the energy industry works, while working alongside our teams, learning from experienced professionals, and gaining exposure to the culture of safety, operational excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning that defines ADES.
This year, we welcomed 45 interns across three countries. Over the past decade, 445 young people have participated in ADES' summer internship programs. This milestone reflects our belief that, as a leading energy services company, we have a responsibility to the industry and the communities in which we operate to help develop the next generation of talent by building the skills, capabilities, and leadership pipeline needed for the future.

To our interns: thank you for your curiosity, energy, and enthusiasm. And to our colleagues and mentors across ADES: thank you for investing your time and experience in the next generation.

The future of energy starts with the talent we develop today.



على مدار عقد، نواصل تطوير المواهب لبناء مستقبل قطاع الطاقة.

تفخر أديس بختام برنامج التدريب الصيفي لعام 2026 بنجاح، والذي أُقيم في السعودية ومصر والهند.

وخلال تجربة تدريبية مكثفة، أتيحت لمتدربينا فرصة التعرف عن قرب على طبيعة العمل في قطاع الطاقة، والعمل إلى جانب فرقنا، والتعلم من أصحاب الخبرات، والتعرف على بيئة العمل في أديس وما تقوم عليه من السلامة والتميز التشغيلي والعمل الجماعي والتعلم المستمر.

استقبلنا هذا العام 45 متدربًا في ثلاث دول، ليصل إجمالي عدد المشاركين في برامج التدريب الصيفي لدى أديس على مدار العقد الماضي إلى 445 متدربًا. ويعكس هذا الإنجاز إيماننا بأن دورنا كشركة رائدة في خدمات الطاقة لا يقتصر على أعمالنا، بل يمتد إلى المساهمة في تطوير المواهب الشابة في القطاع والمجتمعات التي نعمل فيها، وبناء المهارات والقدرات والكوادر القيادية اللازمة للمستقبل.

كما نتقدم بخالص الشكر إلى متدربينا على حماسهم وشغفهم بالتعلم، وإلى زملائنا وموجهينا في أديس على وقتهم وخبراتهم واستثمارهم في الجيل القادم.

فإن المستقبل يبدأ بالمواهب التي نطوّرها اليوم.
