We have a workforce of 15 people that comprises of Management, the Technical Team, Monitoring Technicians and our Rapid Response team. We have a 24/7 operation that includes a monitoring station with two very well trained technicians on duty at all times. The technical team comprises of installation and support technicians that take care of all the systems and the network. In addition, we have our Rapid Response team who attend to our clients, for example when a client has any issue they request the team to respond to an alarm or when we suspect suspicious activity, we automatically respond according to the kind of signal we receive at that time. Our monitoring specialists never rest. Knowing we’re keeping an eye on your property gives you priceless peace of mind. You can relax knowing we’re there every time your monitored burglar alarm is triggered, identifying false alarms and responding when the threat is real.
