Our recent research looks into how good (or bad) are UK businesses at communicating with their employees.

It confirmed that a third of UK decision makers (33%) said that remote / hybrid
working has made it more difficult to deliver their Internal Communications 😱

When asked “How often do you meet with your team / colleagues to update them
on company news?”, results showed:
- 31% of businesses met at least once a week
- 25% monthly
- 14% at least once a fortnight
- 10% everyday
- 9% quarterly
- 8% at least three times a week
- 1% annually.
