120kg+ is an insane weight! 🏋️♂️ The weight was swinging from side to side, forward and backward, which made it extremely dangerous. The bars couldn’t handle it, and I tried every bar at the gym, but the size and weight made the lift even harder because of the weight distribution.
In conclusion: This is far from an ordinary lift. Even with some cheating technique, being able to control and move a load of this magnitude from the bottom position to the top demonstrates tremendous strength in the entire biceps + brachialis + forearm + core system. However, it should not be considered equivalent to a 120 kg strict biceps curl, because the mechanics of the movement are very different and difficult.
