Connecting Beets online and in person, our 14th birthday celebration became another opportunity to get together, look at where we are and where we’re heading, exchange ideas, and think about our next steps in creating positive impact at scale.

Valuable, precious even. Our offline workshop brought together operations leads for two days of reflection and strategizing. After hours of brainstorming and sharing perspectives from Beetroot Tech, Beetroot Academy, Beetweb, Varangians, and other parts of the ecosystem, we wrapped up the workshop with a charitable auction in support of Ukrainian defence. 🇺🇦

And of course, we didn’t miss the chance to recharge by having some warm time together.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, whether online or in person. The carousel has a few glimpses from both gatherings.

We’re also thankful to our wider community for all the birthday love from afar. One especially heartwarming greeting came from kids supported through one of our Aid for Ukraine fund initiatives. 💛💙

This year, our birthday takes inspiration from Lesya Ukrainka’s iconic "The Forest Song," a theme that feels right at home in the Beetroot ecosystem.
