The brilliant phone intervention by Ahmad Hammouda with Amr Adib is simply a job very well done... and personally music to my ears.

I have worked with top tier leaders and CEOs all over the world on public speaking and media training. I have advised on and studied different crisis management cases and situations, involving smart leaders and supposedly smart leaders, who don’t listen.

What Hammouda did and how he handled Adib was smart, strong, confident, humble, witty , informative, setting the desired narrative without too much defense or offense... using the right metaphors, almost Jujutsu style.

Like all of us, there are few things that he can improve. Yet, if he didn't get coached or trained for that, the man is natural.
And if he was, he took the right step and choose the right people, and ,to the team working with him, Bravo.

I don't know Hammouda in person, he is not my client, we -my company or myself- have no ties, neither with him nor to Thndr ...
but I had to say it...that was one of the top ten media interventions I have watched.

Some discussions are difficult... they feel endless. That's why the right creative facilitation and moderation of dialogues and discussions that matter are not a luxury. They are the best, if not the only way to explore ideas and make decisions.

Last week, moderated a roundtable discussion led by its CEO, Mohamed, at AI Everything MEA Egypt that asked the difficult questions related to how Artificial Intelligence affects corporate choices and alignment with investors' expectations toward decision-making.

Participants, including corporate leaders, angel investors, VCs, startups, and academia, were all heavily vested in the discussions toward synchronizing strategies, capital, and ex*****on in an AI-shaped economy. They discussed harmony, coordination, best practices, and accountability.

The roundtable was hosted by Alex Angels, Techne, and Investors of the Mediterranean in the spirit of continuous cooperation with RESOLVE.
