Technocracy Innovative Network

We exist to ensure our community have the technology that develop a well informed and engaged citizenry. Technocracy Innovation Network (TIN) is a civic tech innovative hub that is intersecting between the government and the governed to bridge and strengthen citizens state relationship specifically targeting every literacy groups who finds it difficult and uninteresting to participate actively in the democratic process of their wards, constituencies, districts, regions, and national level in Sierra Leone. Technocracy Innovative Network (TIN) believe information technology should play an active role in governance to facilitate effective civic engagement to all literacy bracket in society. We leverage on it to story-tell Sierra Leone’s governance process, its revenue mobilization, its public expenditure and its technology development using data science in an open, accessible, digestible and concise format to support meaningful decision making by citizens, state and non-state actors. We use varieties of information technology tools, programs and the media in our civic engagement where we present data on Sierra Leone democratic processes hereby giving citizens voice to contribute in the governance process of their communities and to demand improve and quality service delivery.
