At the Ezulwini Farmers Market, we shared the traditional Ethiopian coffee brewing process - from roasting and grinding the beans to brewing them in a jebena.
We also shared a little about the story of the origin of Coffee which was discovered in Ethiopia and the tradition behind the ceremony. 🤎
