If I had a dollar for every time a builder said ‘it’s ready’… 😅 Beautiful custom build. Plenty wrong. Always get it inspected.

Not every inspection is a horror story. 👏 Solid build. Minor fixes. That’s how it should be. Always get it inspected.

POV You pull up to inspect a new build… and the house has THREE different addresses 😳🏠 And yes… that was just the beginning.

First inspection in my new BRUNT boots… and they immediately walked me into problems 😅 Thanks for the boots Workwear 👊

Turned the dryer on and heard bubbling… turns out the dryer vent cover is missing and full of water 😳 Always get the home inspected.

You know it’s gonna be a good inspection when the garage door is stuck halfway open… Called it before I even got out of the truck. 😅 And that wasn’t the only problem.

Brand new house. Excited buyer. We started learning the house… and started finding problems. Always inspect a new build.

PM asked if I was as ‘bad’ as the last inspector… He recommended earthquake straps… in Florida 😳😂 Wait till you see what I actually found 👀

Finally back with another new build montage. What do you think

Of course deficiencies are discovered. That’s pretty much a given. But this was a pretty darn short report. That’s always a good thing🙌🏼
