Dr. Pollawat Suppattarasaet, Innovation and IP Partner, currently serves as President of the Legal Development and Assistance for SMEs Committee at the Federation of Thai SMEs. He recently attended a meeting to provide comments to the TDRI research team on the topic of “Review of Laws Related to Commercial Registration”—commonly referred to as the “Commercial Registration Certificate” (not an affidavit).

During the session, participants shared perspectives from government agencies and the private sector, aiming to gather insights for modernizing and improving the law to better align with today’s business environment.

On June 9, 2026, Dr.Pollawat Suppattarasaet, Innovation and IP Partner, acting as a Committee Expert of the program has joined the press conference for the program “Commu Max – Phase 3”, under the Communication Innovation Sandbox for Public Policy project.

The event was organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI) through the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT), in collaboration with Thammasat University and MCOT Public Company Limited.

Dr. Pollawat’s participation highlighted the importance of intellectual property and innovation expertise in advancing national initiatives, ensuring that emerging communication models are strategically safeguarded and built for long‑term sustainability.
