🌏🤝 APCD Visited The Redemptorist Foundation for People with Disabilities to Explore Vocational Training and Employment Opportunities ♿✨

📅 On 14 August 2026, the Asia-Pacific Development Center on Disability (APCD), led by Mr. Piroon Laismit, Executive Director of APCD, visited The Redemptorist Foundation for People with Disabilities to learn about its vocational training, employment, and support services for persons with disabilities.

👥 The visit was welcomed by Dr. Suporntum Mongkolsawadi, Board of Directors and Secretary-General; Dr. Samrit Chapirom, Manager and Deputy Secretary-General; Mrs. Saijai Sakulwongthana, Career Development and Sustainability Manager; Mr. Songsak Reehung, Office Manager; and Mr. Manop Iamsaard, Social Enterprise Business Center Manager, of The Redemptorist Foundation for People with Disabilities.

💼 APCD explored various initiatives, including vegetable cultivation and vocational training in computer assembly and repair, electrical equipment repair, design, and programming. The visit also highlighted employment opportunities for persons with disabilities, including call center services and monitoring truck drivers to help prevent drowsy driving and road accidents.

📱 The delegation also learned about the Foundation’s services for providing information on disability rights and employment opportunities through its NiNA 1479 platform.

🤝 The visit provided valuable insights into disability-inclusive vocational training and employment models and offered an opportunity to exchange knowledge and explore potential areas for future collaboration.

📅 เมื่อวันที่ 14 สิงหาคม 2569 ศูนย์พัฒนาและฝึกอบรมคนพิการแห่งเอเชียและแปซิฟิก (APCD) นำโดย นายพิรุณ ลายสมิต ผู้อำนวยการบริหาร APCD เข้าเยี่ยมชม มูลนิธิพระมหาไถ่เพื่อการพัฒนาคนพิการ เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินงานด้านการฝึกอาชีพ การจ้างงาน และการสนับสนุนคนพิการ

👥 การเยี่ยมชมครั้งนี้ได้รับการต้อนรับจาก ดร.สุภรธรรม มงคลสวัสดิ์ กรรมการและเลขาธิการมูลนิธิ, ดร.สัมฤทธิ์ ชาภิรมย์ ผู้จัดการและรองเลขาธิการมูลนิธิ, คุณสายใจ สกุลวงศ์ธนา ผู้จัดการสำนักงานส่งเสริมอาชีพและความยั่งยืน, นายทรงศักดิ์ รีฮง ผู้จัดการสำนักงานพัฒนาองค์กรมูลนิธิ และนายมานพ เอี่ยมสอาด ผู้จัดการศูนย์พัฒนาธุรกิจเพื่อสังคม

💼 APCD ได้ศึกษาการดำเนินงานหลากหลายด้าน ทั้งการปลูกผักและการฝึกวิชาชีพ เช่น การประกอบและซ่อมคอมพิวเตอร์ การซ่อมอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้า การออกแบบและการเขียนโปรแกรม รวมถึงการจ้างงานคนพิการในงานคอลเซ็นเตอร์ และงานเฝ้าระวังคนขับรถบรรทุกเพื่อป้องกันการหลับในและลดความเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดอุบัติเหตุ

📱 นอกจากนี้ ยังได้เรียนรู้การให้บริการข้อมูลแก่คนพิการเกี่ยวกับสิทธิและช่องทางการหางานผ่าน NiNA 1479 ซึ่งเป็นอีกหนึ่งช่องทางสนับสนุนการเข้าถึงข้อมูลและโอกาสด้านการจ้างงานสำหรับคนพิการ

🤝 การศึกษาดูงานครั้งนี้ช่วยให้ APCD ได้แลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และเรียนรู้แนวทางการฝึกอาชีพและการจ้างงานที่ครอบคลุมคนพิการ พร้อมทั้งเปิดโอกาสในการต่อยอดความร่วมมือในอนาคต
