Made it back to European countryside after a 13 hour layover and missing my train in Münich. Thankful for the cooler weather but will have to brace myself for tomorrow onwards!

After 9 hours of solid sleep, naturally I woke up wanting to run run run!!

Happy with my time!

I unpack my 45kg luggage and out comes:

5 pomelos
2 young coconuts
2 roasted coconuts
Ben’s milk
Ellie’s mangoes
My Thai tea
Thai beer 🍺

Journeying through three weeks at varying rhythms from ultra slow to highly productive and now it’s time to take flight again.

Off for a long elliptical session and I think I’ll also bake some bookies and throw in lots of choc chips! 🍪

Still seeking ways to be a better parent with that focus on becoming an effective and supportive sports mum (without losing my mind)!

This used to be my playground coming back to wait for dad to get me after he was done with work over at Saranrom Palace. Before there was no courtyard and definitely not much sunshine penetrating through the standard concrete building of MFA on Sri Ayudtaya Road. I miss those wholesome and good times and so many fond memories flood me on the rare occasion that I am back here. 💕

I am so honoured and so grateful for this opportunity to MC and moderate the 11th TICA Connect event. We discussed South-South and Trilateral Cooperation as the way forward towards sustainability and resilience in the face of an ever evolving world with so many challenges. So many high level panelist from UN agencies with so much experience and success stories.

There is a need to step up and be bold in our leadership. There is a continuous need to continue discussions at high level dialogue and platforms such as the DG Conferences and SS Expo. There is a need to continue the collaboration and partnership.

And of course, there is a need to leave no one behind. Inclusivity is crucial as we race towards the 2030 SDG goals. The clock is ticking…

Today wrapped up with a casual chat with UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, Ms. Paula Taylor. She is just lovely. 🥰 Sorry I cut two people out of the photo! I did try!

The highlight of the day was running into H.E. the Director General of the Thailand International Cooperation Agency. It’s been 20 years since we last met working with Khun Korn and Dr. Vachara. He is the same sweet, humble, kind and warm soul that I know from days gone by! Thank you for your trust in me and I wish you all the very best ka! 🙌🏼✨

My bestie took me to this lovely cafe with such intriguing decor. We had the third floor to ourselves and had quite a productive interior discussion!
