National Mother’s Day in Thailand!!

I made that up. It was a matter of convenience that we managed to sn**ch hard to get tickets to this year’s Bregenz Festspiele. 🎭

We stopped for a decent meal first.

Garnelen croquette. Well done with the frying. Filling was lovely and the crust was very crunchy. The dip was nice too.

Oysters 🦪 are always better with a whole load of condiments and spices Thai style!

Mussels! My very fave recipe is still the one in heavy and thick blue cheese sauce I had on a very freezing evening a very long time ago in NZ!

Summer holidays are coming to a close… and apparently I’ve brought 4 extra kilos as souvenirs. 🫣🤪

But the holiday glow must now make way for the kick-arse routine. 💪🏼🔥
Back to training, back to discipline, back to feeling strong — and time to show those 4 kilos the door. 😂

I learned a lot about TNA (transnational education) which refers to higher education programs where learners study in one country while earning a degree from a university based in another country. 🇹🇭 🇬🇧
