Made these for date night last Friday and my husband literally pulled up a chair right next to the stove and refused to move until they were done! I brushed them with so much garlic butter I lost count, and honestly that was the best decision I ever made. The smell alone had us both hovering over the pan like absolute animals. We were supposed to save some for leftovers the next day… yeah, that did not happen. Not even close. I've already been asked to make them again for my sister's birthday dinner next month and I am not even a little bit mad about it!

Made this for date night last Friday and honestly thought I was going to have to fight my husband for the last bowl! I used fresh lobster tails and the sauce came out so rich and velvety, I couldn't stop sneaking tastes straight from the pan!
