Smart Privazy : Townhome.
Due to our collaboration between client and NOTDS, we purposed the creation of new experience for high-living space focusing on quality and new perspective of real-estate industry in Thailand. The space is presented with narrow and high foyer in 6 meters wide span of 3 stories townhome which is inspired by natural light.

โครงการนี้เราพยายามพัฒนาประสบการณ์การอยู่อาศัยที่ดีขึ้นให้กับวงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์
ทาวน์โฮมหน้ากว้าง 6 เมตร ที่โดยปกติจะต้องใช้ผนังร่วมกันกับเพื่อนบ้าน และไม่มีโอกาสได้รับแสงธรรมชาติ นอกจากด้านหน้าและด้านหลังเท่านั้น เราจึงสร้างก้อนพื้นที่ว่างเปิดโล่งทรงแคบ-สูง เพื่อแยกแต่ละยูนิตออกจากกัน, เชื่อมต่อกิจกรรมต่างๆภายในบ้าน, เปิดรับแสงธรรมชาติเข้ามากระจายความสว่างให้ทั่วพื้นที่ส่วนกลางของบ้าน

วันที่เรามีโอกาสได้ทำงานนี้ เรารู้สึกเป็นเกียรติที่ได้ออกแบบปรับปรุงงานของสถาปนิกระดับมาสเตอร์ของเมืองไทย (และยังเป็นอาคารที่เคยได้รับรางวัลจากสมาคมสถาปนิกสยามอีกด้วย) เราจึงพยายามออกแบบด้วยความเคารพแนวคิดในการอาคารเดิมมากที่สุดอย่างที่เราเข้าใจ และนำเสนอรูปแบบที่เหมาะสมกับสภาพของที่ดิน ที่ตั้งอยู่บนหาดตะวันรอน

หาดตะวันรอน เป็นหาดที่หันหน้าเข้าทิศรับตะวันตกตลอดทั้งหาด ปรับเพิ่มรูปทรงอาคารให้เปิดรับวิวจากสองฝั่งของทิศตะวัน ในช่วงเวลา 'ฟ้าสาง-ตะวันรอน' อย่างเคารพรูปทรงอาคารเดิม และพยายามเปิดช่องแสงให้มากเท่าที่จะมากได้ โดยที่ผสมผสานความต้องการในการใช้งานแบบใหม่ๆ จากอาคาร ขยายพื้นที่ว่าง-เพิ่มพื้นที่เชื่อมต่อภายใน(ห้องพัก)กับภายนอก(ทะเล ตะวัน) ด้วยชานระเบียงใหญ่ และสระว่ายน้ำ เพื่อเชื่อมต่อการใช้งานระหว่างภายในอาคารกับบริบทโดยรอบมากที่สุด
