Orbit Design Studio

Orbit was appointed by CBRE to deliver the technical design development, detailed tender documentation, and Construction Administration for the Audemars Piguet retail project in Bangkok. Working from the initial concept by the Swiss luxury brand's in-house team, Orbit managed the complete interior architectural documentation to align with their global guidelines. The scope included advanced detailing for the retail area, followed by furniture selection, custom joinery design, and basic material suggestions for the BOH office finishes. Orbit also provided strict on-site quality control during the construction phase.

The P&G Kobe IC Refresh Project is inspired by the Japanese philosophy of Wabi-Sabi, creating a collaborative workplace that balances natural materials, warm textures, and vibrant accent colours. The project includes a refresh of the reception and collaboration spaces through updated finishes. Each floor is given a distinct identity through refreshed carpet and wall finishes, while the overall function maintains continuity with the original workplace.

Orbit’s inspiration for the design of GIA’s Taipei Gemological School revolves around GIA’s “Four C’s of Diamond Grading” - cut, clarity, color, and carat - which together offered a refined framework for the design to create a sophisticated, balanced and meaningful space, which also reflects Taiwanese culture in form, materials, and function.

Subtle lighting highlights key elements, enhancing the space’s calm and serene mood. This timeless approach combines luxury and functionality, offering a professional environment that fosters focus, relaxation, and a positive first impression.
