Last night’s Installation Ceremony was a truly memorable occasion for the Rotary Club of Bangkapi, it was a celebration of service, leadership, fellowship, and our shared commitment to Creating Lasting Impact in the Rotary Year ahead.

We were honoured to witness the induction of the new Board and to celebrate the club’s continued commitment to service.

We were delighted to learn from Mr. Jamal’s insightful presentation on “Aging Strong: Strength Training for Long‑Term Health.”

His expertise in strength training, healthy aging, and long‑term wellness offered valuable knowledge that many of us can apply in our daily lives.

The session was engaging, practical, and inspiring, reminding us that it is never too late to invest in our health and independence.

A warm appreciation also goes to everyone who contributed to the smooth running of today’s meeting, and to all who shared in the fellowship, conversations, and positive energy that define the spirit of Rotary.
