About 12 months ago, I’m sat in an Irish Pub in Shanghai China with a group of interesting gentlemen . Guinness and conversation was definitely flowing well - This mad near impossible idea came up as an outline brief -

Ideally the layout would cross the cultural international boundaries.
A marketable name that could be used for an advertising campaign would be cake icing”

My response - “I just make a few accessories guys, Are you ready for another Guinness it’s my round”
( I muttered a few other things under my breath - They didn’t hear !! )

During the last 10-12 months I have had a few ideas related to the discussions, most have gone straight in the bin .

However - currently behind the scenes at SF Stainless - A full scooter layout that I think fits the bill is being put together.

I’ve been told to stay away from Ai rendering - So my boys are having to actually build and paint the two variants.
We do have a strong international following of RA brand supporters. This does seem the obvious place to float the concept idea.

Will ANYONE like it ???? - Will there be enough interest ????

Conspiracy theory by SF stainless - They are all against us mate .
The graphites arrived wrong size , replacements correct size but arrived crushed . Large boxes -300 of them the wrong bloody size - not what ordered at all . How the fck do I get them back to Bangkok ?!! Crist it’s only Tuesday!!
Ok I give up - Beers please !!

This is the last 14 RK 300s to pack . I’ll be in touch tomorrow people . They will go Monday if you pay 💰..

Next week it will be RK 350s followed by DD 300s and then DD 350s.

The first batch of RK 300s should drop on your doorsteps by Parcel Force this coming week.

I’m miles behind with body kits , body part prepping and packing. Sorry it just is what it is people . The 5 weeks away hasn’t helped things really..
Feels like I’m walking the wrong way on a fast moving escalator .. can’t quite get to where I want to be… it’s getting very close to nearly not fun 🤩 ..

# The ONLY small saving grace is -Tonight we will drink beers 🍻 and salivate over the most delicious Royal Alloy Scooter build that’s being played with.
I’m saying to myself - ‘when finished - This will be the best looking scooter we’ve ever done by a country mile my absolute favorite already !!!!

Pat the Postman is coming to collect the first set of these crazy things in the morning. The exhausts are being despatched in batches that we can track easily. They will arrive by Parcel Force on your doorstep. I know you all have numbers, But I’m packing and getting them out the door once confirmation payment messages from you are received .
Give me a shout on PM or in the comments if you’ve not received a message notification from me as yet .
Every one of these has been tested on a Scooter.
We know the unique activity sound output is fully functional.
They are being despatched over the next few weeks as follows :

RK 70 - 200s 250s 300s
RK 70 - 350s
DD 75 - 300s
DD 75 - 350s

The actual riding experience of these exhausts is quite different,Unlike any other after market exhaust that exists. It’s not something that can be captured on a video sound clip with an i-phone. We’ve tried ourselves without success on several occasions. In fact one large scooter parts manufacturer told us not to even try as it would do more harm than good.
There is lots of preferences on what riders want to hear from an auto exhaust. Plenty of alternative sounds exist ,This won’t be to everyone’s taste that’s an impossibility trying to please everyone.
This is a very different fun and active output. The overrun sound is cool as …
I buzzed around on this scooter yesterday. It’s just bloody brilliant in my opinion !! - OK I’m biased.
I’ll leave it to you guys to try and explain the ride -fun - activity -smile concept to others.
