Bangkok residents and experienced photographers Jeremiah Boulware and John Stiles will introduce you to places little visited by tourists, where you will experience traditional Thailand within the urban landscape. Each photo excursion explores “behind the scenes” Bangkok where you will meet and chat with Thais going about their everyday lives in various locations, and photograph authentic Thai life. Before each excursion, Jeremiah and John will give some basic rules of Thai courtesy, polite Thai phrases and cultural guidelines for interacting with Thai people so that we show our respect and gratitude to our hosts as we pass through the streets of their urban neighborhoods.
