✨ Hi, I’m Riska, so happy you’re here! I’m a former professional tennis player turned Kundalini & Yin yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, and trauma-informed coach. My journey has always been about reconnecting body, mind, and spirit. Here you’ll find inspiration, practices, and tools to release old patterns, connect more deeply with yourself, and discover the paradise within.
