IKOS

As IKOS, we have maintained a long-standing cooperation with Darnoje, the organiser of the Erasmus+ Training Course “Youth Startup Journey”. During the training course, our Association President, Mehmet Volkan Müderrisoğlu, took part in the programme as a trainer.

From 4 to 14 December 2025, the training programme took place in Kaunas, Lithuania, bringing together participants from Türkiye, Cyprus, Lithuania, Spain, Greece, Italy, the Czech Republic, and Poland.

This international experience brought together youth workers from across Europe to strengthen their role as career supporters for young people, especially NEET youth.

Throughout the training, participants developed practical tools in:
* Career counselling and mentoring
* CV writing and career pathway planning
* Goal-setting and motivation techniques
* Entrepreneurship and idea development
* Pitching business ideas to experts

Using non-formal education methods such as simulations, role-plays, and expert-led sessions, participants explored innovative approaches to supporting young people’s employment, personal development, and entrepreneurship while building valuable international partnerships.

We are proud that IKOS contributed to this Erasmus+ Training Course and look forward to applying the knowledge and experience gained through the programme.
