We are a Non-Governmental Organization, and nonprofit complying with Tanzania NGO Act with the aim of bringing various actors from all levels of the society to act and derive on the changes that has in turn fulfill children, youth and dreams. Formed in 2012 and fully registration in 2017, more than 25,000 children and youths have been positively impacted


Having been composed of the local heroes including experts in law “Lawyers”, radio presenters “Journalists”, Psychologist and other experts, it has covered a huge scope of the community change under its leader and farsighted hero, George Mayalla. We transform young people’s dreams and bringing them to reality by providing Awareness, advocacy and empowerment. Our Mission is to promote awareness, advocacy and empowerment of children youth and women regarding to human rights

Our vision to have a Community which respects rights of children youth and women. (1)Empowerment for children, youths, and women through a range of initiatives that focus on education, vocational training, health services, arts and crafts, entrepreneurship, and other welfare matters. We believe that every voice needs to be heard and every child deserves to a happy childhood. (2)We engages in advocacy through a variety of creative methods, including live radio programs, different campaigns, radio adverts, event design, traditional dances, and workshops with other competent partners. These activities are designed to raise awareness and promote action on important social issues. (3)We promoting investigative journalism and field research for uncovering hidden facts behind the hardships faced by children, youth, and women. We engage in-depth investigations and bring out the hidden facts working together as a team to resolve such problems by means of raising awareness or legal frame work. At first we identify the issues that affect children, youth, and women in their communities. By conduct surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions to gather information and insights from the affected population. We Hire journalists and researchers: to investigate the identified issues thoroughly. Our people have the skills required to conduct investigations and field research. Provide resources: for conducting such investigation

Advocate for change: we use the findings of the investigations advocate for policy changes that will improve the lives of children, youth, and women.
