ACFIM

Alliance for Finance Monitoring (ACFIM) is a coalition of civil society organistions that banded together to champion the African agenda on political financing and campaign finance reforms. We take keen interest monitoring money in politics and political processes with the aim of enhancing transparency and accountability. We believe that Africa needs to introduce some sense of hygiene in the way political parties and electoral processes are managed. Countries must enact laws to regulate and control the influence of money on political and electoral outcomes. Our Mission: To contribute towards building electoral integrity by promoting transparency and accountability in financing of political and electoral processes through research, civic engagement, monitoring and advocating for reforms.
