This photo was taken in Kampala in 1975 during a parade for president Idi Amin's 8th year in power.

President Amin ordered 4 European diplomats to carry him on a golden leopard skin chair like an African King. He's holding his Marshal's baton.
Later he was overthrown in 1979 and died in exile in Saudi Arabia in 2003.R.I.P.
