Even when resources are limited, your worth has not decreased. Your existence, your resilience, and your brilliance continue to light the way for so many others.
Take a moment to breathe.
Take a moment to rest.
Take a moment to remind yourself that survival itself is an act of power.
Self-care doesn’t always require money. It can be found in the small things:
🌱 Checking in with your body
💛 Setting boundaries
🌿 Reaching out to a sister for support
✨ Allowing yourself to feel proud of how far you’ve come
And remember—community care is still alive, even when funding isn’t. We hold each other up. We find strength in each other. We continue to exist loudly, peacefully, and beautifully.

You are worthy of love, rest, and a future that honors who you are.
