We finished up the Golf Simulator with a step down storage shed this week.

13x20x12 single slope with sub floor and 18” soffit with attached step down 12x13x12 single slop storage with sub floor.
60-80 # bags concrete
Has R-panel sheets with wainscot and sculpture trim with gutters.
Black wainscot and trim with charcoal roof and walls.

Couple projects we’ve been on this month.
We got this 13x20x12 with a step down 13x12x12 shed. Both on steel framed floor with deck board. Whilst we wait on windows and doors, we went and started Wooley Ranch project.
50x80x18 with 4/12 beam roof and 25x150 hip porch. Will have 36x36x10 office and 10x12x8 porch. Stay tuned for the finishes…😉🤙🏻

Simple, clean and keeps his fertilizer and pest equipment covered from weather.

Facelift for these two old structures at Vanoss Schools. Both were 36x100x12. We pulled the old panels and rotten insulation and reinstalled new insulation and panels. Fought the wind the entire time, but they came out looking great. As always thanks Sherrell Steel for the material and pre-cut insulation. Thankful to Vanoss for trusting us with their projects.
