“Winds Of Magnolia”
aka Ace
2025 stud c**t (will be gelded in fall to avoid flies)
He’s going to be good sized! 15.3ish string tested.
Ace stands for the farrier/vet and hard ties well.
He has started to learn cross ties and how to be ponied. Quick learner! Hauls as you would expect a young horse with minimal trailering miles to haul. Nothing awful just needs to do it more.
He’s currently pastured with a gelding and is very respectful of him. He can walk next to the mares and be pastured next to them with zero problems (again… will be gelded, just voicing his lack of stud attitude!)
He has worn saddle pads, ba****ck pads (cinched up) and blankets with zero issues. He will be an easy starter!

^Happy to keep him here and continue training as well. He’s easy to have around!
The great thing about cavalettis is if a horse hits it, the pole just roles and keeps the same function at a different height! I specifically set up the higher ones at a place where if they get knocked, it’s a correct distance to still walk over safely. They are still slightly raised at the lowest point so it’s still adding a slight challenge/change of awareness from the traditional ground pole.

Meet Phinn!
14 yrs old
14.2/14.3h
Grade qh
Came from a trail riding dude ranch in Indiana- because of this, really *anyone* can ride him at the walk or trot! (Will lope but requires leg, this is where a experienced rider would suit him better)
Trail BOSS! This guy will go down any trail you point him at.
Not spooky! Not even looky.
Prefers less arena work but will do it. Not rotten, just definitely happier with a more easy street kind of life!
Phinn will turn out with mares or geldings (or stud c**ts!), stall or live out 24/7, loads great, good for vet and farrier, easy to catch, easy keeper, etc. The things he could use work on is standing still for a bath (note- he’s NOT bad. Just wiggly) and could use more lope work (note- he came from a trail riding place… typically these horses will never canter during a trail ride so this is not surprise AT ALL). He is NOT fancy broke. No, he doesn’t have a pivot or side pass. No, he doesn’t have a lead change. BUT, he can sit for three months with no lunge and go right out on the trail!
Truly, I have zero complaints about this horse. He would love his own personal who he can carry down miles and miles of trails.

The grind doesn’t stop when it comes to working the personal and training horses when it’s our tack being drenched, not yours 🤣

Instructor intro!
Hi, I’m Ella! I’ve been riding horses for most of my life, starting in 4-H before going on to compete on the Arabian show circuit. Throughout the years, I’ve had the opportunity to ride and work with horses in a variety of disciplines, and those experiences have shaped my approach to teaching.
I believe that great horsemanship starts with building a strong bond with your horse. My lessons focus not only on riding skills but also on learning the care, responsibility, and communication that go into being a well-rounded horseperson. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to grow your confidence, I’d love to help you reach your goals. Feel free to message me for more information or to schedule a lesson! Located in Ada, MI
