Aydyn Cooper-St. Clair, better known in the drag world as Aydyn A.R. Phoenyx, began their drag career in Oklahoma City, OK on July 18th, 2019. Since then, Aydyn has had the honor of performing across the United States, including throughout Oklahoma; Kansas; Arkansas; Missouri; Virginia; and Arizona, steadily building a dynamic and far-reaching presence within the drag community.

Aydyn is a proud titleholder, having earned Mr. Smokehouse 2021 (Tulsa, OK); Mr. Oklahoma City Pride 2022 (Oklahoma City, OK); and Mr. XY 2024 (Wichita, KS).

As a performer, Aydyn’s mission is to engage and entertain, often telling stories and delivering messages of hope, faith, courage, and empowerment, while creating an atmosphere of fun and connection.

With a deep love for traveling, performing, and building meaningful relationships, Aydyn A.R. Phoenyx continues to leave a powerful impression wherever the stage may be.

“My name is Fay Lana Kawii. I create the illusion of Fay-Talie Raynbow DeMornay. I live in Wichita, Kansas. I am first and foremost an advocate within the Kansas LGBTQIA+ community.

I have been a female impersonator for 25 years who is focused mainly on philamprothy. Giving back to my community has always been a passion of mine. I also work with the American Cancer Society and have a Relay For Life team called “Walk A Mile In Her Shoes.” As a five-time cancer survivor, raising money through this event every year is just a small way for me to give back the community who has given so much to me and one that I strive to continue to serve.

I was honored to be Miss Trans Kansas 2023. This is my first year at Ada Pride and I am humbled and honored to have been invited this year. If I could give some advice, it would be this: be the best you that you can be every day!
