Such a special day. We had an amazing turnout for our Ethiopian coffee ceremony, and we’re already hoping we get to do it again.

A huge thank you to Finjal Coffee for sharing this beautiful part of Ethiopian culture with us. The coffee ceremony is about so much more than the coffee itself. It is about hospitality, connection, conversation, and taking the time to gather together.

We loved getting to experience the roasting, brewing, serving, food, and traditions that make the ceremony so meaningful.

Thank you to everyone who came and shared the day with us. What a blessing. ❤️

Honduras holds a special place in our story.

Our family had the opportunity to live there for a time, and it's where our love for great coffee really took root. We came to understand not only what was in the cup, but also the people, the mountains, and the incredible care that goes into every harvest.

That's probably why Honduran coffee is still one of our favorites to roast... and drink.
