Both things can be true at once 💜
You can be genuinely happy for someone else's good news and still need space to sit with your own grief. That's not a contradiction, that's just being human.
When should you test your fertility? Dr. Rivas says it's time if you're under 35 and have been trying for 12+ months, 35 or older and trying for 6+ months, or dealing with irregular cycles, PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid issues, or a prior pregnancy loss. But you don't have to be "trying" to get answers!
Fertility testing is also a great way to understand your body and plan ahead on your own timeline.
