At Putter's Peak Miniature Golf, progress continues today on the installation of new turf, as well as prepping the ground for the fall. New landscaping enhancements are planned for the spring, giving the facility a refreshed look and better experience.

The new Citizen Advisory Panel met last night at Community Rec Center, opening the door to creating better engagement and communication with the community. Thank you to all of the panelists who have stepped up to represent their respective geographical zones for the next 2 - 3 years. We are still seeking a representative for Zone 5 of Addison, which covers the approximate area north of Lake St., in between Mill Rd. and Rt. 83. Interested? The renovation of Centennial Gym has now been completed with the installation of new flooring on the elevated walking track. The free walking track* will open on October 1st.

On Day #3 of our Adult Adventures trip, hosted by Nikki, to Utah's National Parks, our group visited Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point State Parks.

Thank you to everyone who attended today's weekly Senior Club meeting at Community Rec Center. Our special guest was Mike Bruntz from the Addison Knights of Columbus who kicked off the start of Tootsie Roll sales, one of their biggest fundraisers, and a great way to stock up for Halloween.

As we continue to make improvements throughout the district, Links & Tees' Putter's Peak Miniature Golf is getting a refresh this week, including the installation of new turf and landscaping enhancements.

Today our Adult Adventurers, hosted by Nikki, enjoyed a panoramic Salt Lake City tour visiting the state capitol, Tabernacle and University of Utah, the site of the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2002 Olympics. Now they are heading out to Moab.
