As another summer comes to a close, we're proud to celebrate an incredible group of Scott + Reid interns as they head back to school.

Over the past few months, they stepped onto active jobsites, worked alongside our project teams, asked great questions, embraced new challenges, and gained a firsthand look at what it takes to deliver successful projects. Along the way, they reminded us that learning goes both ways. Their curiosity, fresh perspectives, and enthusiasm made our teams better. When we asked what they'll take away from this summer, the answers weren't about concrete or schedules. They talked about communication, teamwork, attention to detail, confidence, and the value of asking questions. Those are lessons that extend far beyond construction, and they're the same principles that define our culture every day.

Thank you, Michelle, Thomas, Grace, Noah, Danny, and Gabe for choosing to spend your summer with Scott + Reid. We hope you leave with new skills, lasting relationships, and a better understanding of what it means to build more than projects. Best of luck this semester. Scott + Reid is proud to have partnered with Bell Nunnally once again, completing an expansion of the firm's office at KPMG Plaza in the Dallas Arts District. Designed as a seamless extension of the firm's headquarters, the project features high-end finishes, full-height glass office fronts, custom millwork, and acoustically engineered spaces that support the privacy, performance, and client experience expected in today's legal environment. Scott + Reid recently completed a sophisticated office for a confidential energy operating company at The Crescent, one of Dallas' premier Class A office destinations. Designed in collaboration with ENTOS Design, the workplace features custom millwork, architectural wood accents, glass office fronts, premium finishes, and a distinctive acoustic ceiling feature that brings added character to the space. From coordinating work within one of Dallas' most iconic office buildings to delivering every detail with precision, our team was proud to bring this workplace to life. Building relationships is par for the course. Our Scott + Reid team took a break from the job site for our summer outing at Puttshack, bringing the same energy we bring to our projects into a little friendly competition. From hole-in-ones to leaderboard battles, the day was full of laughs, great conversations, and some impressive scores. Congratulations to Melody Buehler for taking the top individual score, and to our winning team for earning the bragging rights. At Scott + Reid, Building Better Together shows up everywhere we go.

Wylie is one of the fastest-growing cities in North Texas, and retailers are paying attention.

We broke ground this week at Shadow Creek Village alongside developer TexStone Partners, Wylie, TX City Hall, and Wylie Economic Development Corporation. When a grocer known for quality, discovery, and a cult-like following decides to plant a flag in your city, it means something. Scott + Reid has built our reputation delivering retail projects where the schedule is everything and the finish has to be perfect. We love this work, and we are proud to bring it to Wylie.
