With proper hygiene and sanitation there is absolutely no reason why salons should close. Clients who are sick or remotely feel, sick are encouraged to stay home. Washing hands and surfaces before and after clients will ensure everyone stays healthy. The 6ft social distancing refers to space for coughing and sneezing so as not to transmit illness.
If everyone washes their hands and doesn't touch their face, avoids coughing or sneezing uncovered (ie;shoulder, elbow, tissue, napkin because face it, it's allergy season as well) Everyone will remain safe.

Hello Everyone!

This pandemic situation is a trying time for everyone.
It would be wise for anyone who feels remotely sick to stay home and take care of yourself to prevent illness from spreading to others.
With that being said, my salon and all employees are healthy (barring allergies) and still taking healthy clients. We are a small establishment, by appointments only and are taking extra precautions by disinfecting surfaces through out the day.
Again, if you are sick in anyway or even suspect that you are, please take care of yourself and stay home. We will be happy to schedule you once you are well!
