Happy Birthday to our Office Manager, Shanley!
She’s the one keeping the office running, keeping all of us in line, and making sure Team Unity stays on track every day. We’re incredibly lucky to have her as part of our team.
Help us wish her a very Happy Birthday!
Happy Birthday, Shanley! We appreciate everything you do!

He left five stars. You left one Cheerio.
Now he’s telling 46 relatives he “knows a spot.” 🙃
No reservation. No intention of paying. And suddenly YOUR kitchen is hosting HIS family reunion.
Unity Property and Pest would like a word with the organizer.
Spotted cockroaches? Give us a call. This gathering needs to be canceled.

That gap under your garage door doesn’t look like much. To a mouse, it’s the front door.
Grab a pencil and take a look around your home. Check beneath the garage door, around pipes and wires, near the dryer vent, and along the foundation. If the pencil fits, a mouse can fit too.
As the nights get colder, those little openings become a lot more inviting. If you’ve spotted a gap or signs that mice are already inside, give Unity Property and Pest a call.

Steak Cookout to Wrap Up Another Great Summer Season!
We couldn’t think of a better way to close out a busy summer than firing up the grill and enjoying some steaks together as a team!
We truly believe we have the best team around. The hard work, dedication, and care our staff puts into serving our customers and our community every single day is what makes Unity what it is.
And of course, none of this would be possible without our wonderful customers who continue to trust and support us. We are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you.
Here’s to our amazing crew, another successful summer, and continuing to grow together!
These ants took “pest control is here” personally. 😂
The second Eric disturbed their hiding spot, the whole colony came pouring out, and his play-by-play only makes the chaos better.
Odorous house ants may be tiny, but once they move in, they bring the entire extended family.
If your windows, walls, or countertops are starting to look like an ant family reunion, call Unity Property and Pest. We’ll handle the guests who definitely overstayed their welcome.

You really can’t make this stuff up… 😂
My wife and I literally run a PEST CONTROL and inspection company. It’s Sunday night, and we found a tiny baby mouse in our house.
So naturally we’re trying to SAVE IT.
Monday–Friday: Call Unity Property & Pest. We’ll take care of it!
Sunday night at our house: “Eric, he’s just a BABY!”
Apparently pregnancy changes company policy after hours. 😂
Meet Gus!!

There’s something pretty awesome about taking a building that sat empty and abandoned for years and watching it slowly come back to life.
We’ve called this building home for about a year now, and little by little, with a whole lot of work, it’s becoming more and more our work home every day. Seeing the transformation and knowing we’re bringing life back to a building in the community we serve makes it even more rewarding.
We’re proud of how far Unity Property & Pest has come, excited about what this building is becoming, and even more excited about what’s ahead.
Still building. Still growing.

Turns out there weren’t any heroes in a half shell hiding in this drain… just a whole lot of cockroaches. 🪳😳
Luckily, Unity Property and Pest showed up to handle the real sewer villains. No capes. No turtles. Just a team that knows how to get the job done. 💪
When unwanted creatures start crawling out of the shadows, call the real heroes:

Trees are beautiful. They're also one of the most overlooked causes of foundation damage out there.
Eric found one growing right against a foundation wall. Years of that closeness pushed the wall in and heaved the floor underneath it, bad enough that you could go sledding on the slope now.
Love your trees. Just make sure they're not close enough to love your foundation too.
Got a tree that's getting a little too cozy with your house? Give Unity a shout, we'll take a look!
