Another victim reported that she was assaulted by Kayla J. Heggs about two months ago. The victim filed a police report, and according to the victim, Kayla also threatened them—just as she has allegedly threatened us.

We hope law enforcement will thoroughly investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

A busy day involving Kayla J. Heggs.

Today, an unknown caller repeatedly called us more than 100 times. We have reported the calls to the Akron Police Department.

The calls came from 216-329-6201. According to our records, the caller blocked their number on some calls and continued making threatening calls toward us and our family.

All call logs and recordings have been preserved and provided to law enforcement. We will continue to cooperate fully with the police as they investigate.

An Unknown Caller Demanded We Remove Our Videos
We just received a phone call from someone demanding that we remove three videos. They stated that if we do not remove them, Kayla J. Heggs will take us to court.

Our response is simple: we welcome the opportunity to have this matter heard in court as soon as possible. We are fully prepared to appear and respond through the proper legal process.

We are ready to meet Kayla J. Heggs in court whenever we are officially served with court papers.

As for asking every customer for an ID or credit card before service, we understand why many people suggest that. However, in the nail, hair, and restaurant industries, it has long been customary for customers to pay after the service is completed. The overwhelming majority of our customers are honest, respectful people, and we don’t want to make everyone feel distrusted because of the actions of a few individuals.
