Nikon Rumors announcing an upcoming new lens release. I was super excited until I read the article and saw the estimated price at about 15,000 USD. 😂 no doubt a fantastic lens that will be welcome in the associated press arena and high end sport photography companies. For the individual like me walking in the CVNP looking for a Kingfisher… yeah no.

New blog post: The Nikon Nikkor Z 120-300mm f/2.8 TC VR S lens is coming next, then the Nikon Z70 in November.

Scouting out Valley View for an upcoming shoot on Saturday. The leaves aren't changing as fast as I had hoped. My son was a (mostly) willing participant. Just messing around with these photos, nothing too technical and I didn't have a flash with me. Still fun. It is a lovely area that's only going to get better. This is also the park that is known for it's Kingfishers. Hope to get a good photo of one someday. That's the next bird on my list that I need to photograph.

Thanks for being a top engager and making it on to my weekly engagement list! 🎉

I greeted the dawn this morning at Silver Creek. I'm always up anyways, so I might as well make the most of it. Autumn is definitely here with the crisp morning. Those tree limbs are just begging for someone to get their portrait on. But for the sun to be right, said someone would have to come out with me at like 7am. 😊

New YouTube video is out if you want to have a watch. Short bit about printing and journaling. I can’t link it because Facebook does Facebook things. But just go to YouTube and find Photos By Nate and have a watch. Your support is always appreciated!

I went for a walk and took photos of completely nothing while my son was at Tae Kwon Do. I had a long day sitting at my office desk for my day job and needed to stretch my legs. Sometimes I just like taking photos of nothing, trying to make it something.

Photograph the exceptional.
Capture the everyday.

It’s more than just a Mum Festival. It’s watching families together. It’s capturing emotion. It’s being there to document Barberton as it is today.

That is the heart of Perry Visuals.

I captured 60 photos of the Mum Fest (Mostly the awesome Chippewa Lake Water Ski Show Team). If you’d like to see them all, please visit the full gallery linked in the comments. Photos are not listed for purchase or open download, as this was a personal documentary project.

If a member of the ski team or someone featured would like a free high-resolution version for personal use or printing, just reach out and I’ll gladly send you a download PIN.

Thank you all for your continued support and encouragement!

I hope you enjoy these moments from the 2026 Barberton Mum Fest!

Wishing everyone a great and healthy day. It should be a nice one. Time to touch some grass! Today is my first day off from my day job in 7 days so today is certainly welcome.

If you need some fall photos and can't get booked please let me know, the evening sun is getting earlier and earlier and the leaves are going to start changing soon. I would love to photograph you, portraits, seniors, branding, events, or if you have some wacky idea, I'm here for it.

The gallery print store is always open!
