Whether you are seeking a marriage license, name change, adoption, if your loved one has passed, or needs a guardianship to meet their needs, we assist you in the many important areas our Court serves. Refrain from posting obscenity, material that would violate the law if published here, and abusive, defamatory or sexually explicit material. Do not post materials that advocate illegal activity or infringe upon copyright or trade mark rights. Summit County Probate Court reserves the right, but undertakes no duty, to review, edit, move or delete any material submitted as a comment to the information provided for display or placed on the social media sites in its sole discretion, without notice. Summit County Probate Court may refer posts for investigation by law enforcement agencies. The Probate Court social media sites do not constitute an official form of communication for legal notice, specific requests for service, public records requests, or registering complaints. Judge Stormer, Chief Magistrate Steve Elliott , and staff left truly inspired after attending the Akron Metropolitan Housing Authority’s 12th Annual Reach Higher Breakfast this morning. 💙
This year’s theme, “Powering Possibility: The Green Light to Greatness,” could not have been more fitting. What an inspiring reminder of the incredible possibilities that exist when we empower individuals and communities to reach their full potential.
Congratulations to the Community Excellence Award recipient, former Akron Metropolitan Housing Authority Executive Director Anthony “Tony” O’Leary! This well-deserved recognition celebrates his many contributions to our community.
