One of those special moments where my Legislative responsibilities intersect with my career in law enforcement. It was a true pleasure to be a part of a recent ceremony where we presented a check for $25,000 to the Bibb County Sheriff's Department to get their K9 program back in service. Could not think of a better tribute to the life of Deputy Brad Johnson.

The 9th Annual Alabaster Tour of Lights is underway nightly through Christmas night starting at 5 PM every day. Shut down time varies by home, but should be “lit” until at least 9 PM daily. Here again is the link for the interactive driving map:
