❗Last Pop Up Of The Year❗

As summer is ending our Pop ups too, it's been a great year. Thanks to everyone that has supported this small business 🙏.

Well be at Sidetrack Brewing Company Zendo Coffee patio from noon until sold out and this time we got cozy/comfort food.. sopa tarasca w/chochoyotes and guisados on nixtamalized tortillas.

Hopefully we'll see you there September 26th. Let's finish strong 💪

Small but mighty menu... We're back with the ribeye taco, squash blossom quesadilla and memelas.. plus orange flan for dessert with bizcochito crumble.

We'll start at 6 pm instead of 5 pm... The heat is too much for me and my team. Hope to see you guys there. We'll be on the patio.

This friday at Lasso Coffee & L***r .. we have a few extra items on the menu! Limited quantity on some of these items.

I was lucky enough to find some squash blossoms for some quesadillas and now we have more options for everyone that is vegan or vegetarian!

You know the drill .. see you guys at 4 pm 🫡.. or at 5 pm depending on the weather.. lol.

This Friday at Lasso Coffee & L***r we'll be at the patio and we are bringing the flan back! By popular demand.
Also we have chicken flautas and a vegetarian version upon request for our non meat eaters... And like always we will have our ribeye taco on deck!

By the way this Friday we're starting at 6 pm instead of 4 pm. As you guys know we are a pop up, we have no cover for the heat so we've decided to push it a little bit later than what we're used to. I hope you guys understand and sorry for the inconvenience.. see you guys there! 🫡

This Friday at from 4 pm until sold out. You know the drill.

We're adding a new item to the menu using the local chintextle chile paste from

-Heirloom tomato tostada with avo puree, scallions, cilantro and Chile threats (limited quantity)

We are also running the sweet potato taco request by popular demand and like always we're going to have the ribeye taco and pan de elote with tres leches on deck.

Menu is small but mighty in flavor!! it takes me a lot of time prepping and it's just me doing everything by myself. All is made from scratch.. salsas, garnishes, sauces, pickling, marinating, slicing meats and cheese, baking, nixtamal, tortillas, menu development , research, flyers, etc..

I'm working on adding another item to the menu in the next few weeks, I also want to say thank you to every single one of you that have supported Sentli. It means a lot to me 🙏.
