Pre dawn flight! You can see the shadow of the Sandia Mountains across the “3 Sisters” volcanos in the top picture. In the bottom picture you can see the Sandias with the sun cracking the horizon.

We counted 8 Elk in the Rio Grande this morning!

Wednesday morning we were able to see cranes and cranes. A couple of Sandhill cranes still hanging out and the construction cranes working on the new Los Lunas bridge.
