Why is social connection important? How to have more of it:

Wednesday Friends Day, weekly,12 Noon to 2 pm.

Research tells us. It improves our physical and mental health. Our immune system is stronger, we are less susceptible to illness, supports the cardiovascular system, and boosts our levels of well-being.

Everyone is welcome to join in on WEDNESDAY FRIENDS DAY, our unstructured weekly get together. Play cards, meet new people, greet your friends, chat, do puzzles, or crafts, whatever you like.
