The FBI NA is a leadership training program for local, state, tribal, and federal law enforcement partners around the world to learn from FBI instructors, their class peers, and more to bring back to their law enforcement agencies.

This FBI is bringing in the best and brightest, and making monumental changes across the board to ensure they receive the highest standards of training. To do this, the FBI has developed the Advanced Special Agent Training Program to recruit and train experienced federal law enforcement officers to become Special Agents.

Last month, the ’s Victim Services Division gathered for its All‑Hands Conference under this year’s theme: “We Soar as One.” Throughout the week, VSD’s service providers and staff collaborated, trained, and shared best practices to continue enhancing the critical services we provide to victims and survivors nationwide.

By investing in the people who support victims and survivors, we continue building a stronger, more compassionate program—one that rebuilds public trust and ensures every victim feels recognized, supported, and connected to the services and people they need.

More monumental changes to this FBI: Opening the Quantico High-Performance Training Center (HPTC), a state-of-the-art training facility to keep our people at their best—both physically and mentally.

Changes like these keep this FBI doing what we do best: protecting the American people and crushing violent crime at record levels.
